I got an express facial with Natalie. She was professional, kind, and had great customer service. Her room space was calming with soft spa music playing in the background and a candle warmer. She explained each product as she was putting them on my face and was gentle with application and always asked if the towel temp was okay. Great experience over all. Thank you Natalie!
